Service description
QPOL VPN provides encrypted network tunneling. Access is granted through time-limited vouchers. The service is provided for lawful personal and professional use only.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to: violate applicable laws or regulations; transmit or store illegal content; conduct network attacks, port scans, or unauthorized access attempts against third-party systems; send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); engage in fraud, impersonation, or market manipulation; infringe intellectual property rights; or circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without prior notice or refund.
Vouchers & access
Access is sold as non-renewing vouchers for a fixed duration. Vouchers are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated. We do not guarantee any specific service level, uptime, or connection speed. We may adjust the server directory, supported protocols, or features at any time without compensation.
Service availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, or conditions outside our control may cause downtime. We are not liable for any interruption or degradation of service.
